From the beginning, communication and consistency were a struggle. Between the constant issues with FS-1 paperwork, payment processing confusion, and finding out certain coverages weren’t actually available when needed, the entire process became far more stressful than it should have been.

What’s disappointing is that customer service always sounded polite — but somehow nothing ever seemed to get resolved correctly the first time. Every phone call felt like starting over from scratch with different answers depending on who picked up the phone.

I understand mistakes happen, but when people are paying hard-earned money for insurance, especially during already stressful situations, accuracy and transparency should be the bare minimum."
